Do you also offer other children toys in addition to your kid wooden puzzles?

Regretfully, no. Our work focuses on offering Indonesia-made child wooden puzzles and kid wood puzzles.

One reason is that we would like to maximizing the utilization of Indonesian teak wood resources and, convert it to finished goods of higher value. As you may easily notice, all of our wooden puzzle items consist of very small-sized wood elements. And to produce such small components we consistently use kiln dried teak wood, which are waste of Indonesian teak garden furniture manufacturer's production. Well, simply an environmetal-friendly recycling work!

What materials do you use?

All our child wooden puzzles and kid wood puzzle products are made of kiln-dried Indonesia teak wood. Teak wood plantations are available throughout the country. However, due to improper overall management of the country's tropical forests, Indonesia now tends to facing a scarcity on wood resources. Despite of this nation-wide problem - still - people in the wood working industry produce a massive amount of wood waste.

Production and marketing of our child wooden puzzles and kid wood puzzle products are kiDs Puzzle Indonesia's response to the that situation. We are making use of kiln dried teak wood which are basically the waste of Indonesian teak outdoor furniture manufacturer's production.

Works are created that combine product design sophistication, local artisans' craftsmanship, excessive teak wood waste, and international business marketing experiences.

How do you pack your child wood puzzles?

Each teak wood puzzle is individually packed into its own box. We intentionally make boxes of two contrast colors, it lead to an appealing look to children and kids. For buyers of our wooden puzzles, the boxed puzzles will be ready for display in toys and gifts stores and showrooms. And for end users, our puzzle is ready as a gift to children.

For handling, shipment, and storage of quantity puzzles, we pack certain number of boxed puzzles into a large double-wall carton box. The dimension of such carton boxes are determined as to achieve both easy one person handling and -- in case of a full container order -- a maximum loading in a container.
NOTE: In case of a consolidated shipment with Indonesian furnitures and/or handicrafts, we can arrange a custom dimension of outer carton boxes. Again, this is to achieve a maximum loading in a furniture container or in a handmade crafts container.

What about minimum order for a wholesale business?

We serve both a less-than-a-container (LCL) order and a full-container-load (FCL) order as well. Minimum order value should be of US$ 2,000.00 (two thousand US dollar).

For any single item, we require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 (two hundred) pieces per-item. Further details about this MOQ requirement is described in our pricing information.

I just need a few pieces of puzzles for a gift, do you accept retail purchase?

We only deal with wholesale puzzle business, therefore, we can't serve end customers' retail purchases. However, we offer an alternative solution to your needs: we have teamed up with Amazon.com to present their retail merchandizes on this wooden puzzle web site.

Is sample purchase possible?

Especially for a new customer who need to evaluate our products prior to placing an order we allow sample purchase. The sample will have a special pricing and shipment will be done by a courier service. Please note, however, that such sample purchase may not be economical for your side.

What about lead time?

This is certainly depends on our working load. However, you may expect that -- in case of an LCL order -- shipment is normally done no more than four weeks after your advance payment is received.

In case of a full-container-load (FCL) order, we only accept for a 20ft container. This is because lead time of such 20ft container order will be anything between ten to twelve weeks. If your needs exceeds one full 20ft container, we suggest to deliver the wood puzzles at different timing, one 20ft container each.

What is your pricing term?

Our wholesale export prices are FOB Semarang Port, Central Java.

We are used to import goods from Indonesia. Can we arrange a consolidated shipment?

In fact, some of our past customers are overseas buyers of Indonesian furnitures (such as modern indoor furniture, synthetic wicker outdoor furniture, teak garden furnitures, synthetic rattan furnitures) and other Indonesian handmade crafts products (pottery, flower plant pots, terra cotta, Borneo's tribal arts & crafts, Bali fountains and water features). Buyers consider that our wooden puzzles perfectly increase their containers' loadability since -- especially in case of containers of furnitures -- surely there are still a lot of empty spaces among the furnitures.

In case of a consolidated shipment we are ready to customized our service. We make a custom size of carton boxes that fit to your containers' empty spaces, we adjust our delivery to meet your shipment deadline, and we can arrange inland transportation to your point of loading.

Do you accept an L/C as the method for order payment?

Yes, certainly. We accept irrevocable at sight Letter of Credit (L/C) for a minimum order value of US$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand US dollars). This is regardless of whether your order will be LCL or FCL.
NOTE: A planned L/C payment is subject to our advising bank's prior approval. We do hope a proper preparation of such L/C payment to ensure that such payment scheme will ultimately benefit both parties, we as your vendor and your side too.

What if my order value is less than US$ 10,000.00?

We apply a 50%-50% funds transfer payment system. You need to transfer a 50% advance payment of the order value to our local bank account, in order us to begin processing your order. Final payment should be settled prior to shipment.

We always periodically submit a progress report to every customer. Therefore, customers will be able to anticipate the timing of order completion. This way, you can better plan when to release the final payment.

What actions to ordering your teak wood puzzle items?

In most cases, the process of ordering our products is as follows:

1. submit your enquiry, we will send you our digital catalogue and pricing information
2. send us your request for quotation which clearly describe selected items of your interest and their quantity; we will send you a proforma invoice of your planned order
3. review our proforma invoice and countersigning it to confirm your order
4. transfer your advance payment (or, release your L/C)

Your order will be processed upon receipt of your advance payment.
